Niyati explains Abhimanyu is just a patient for her and their cannot be any relation between them both, she exclaims she is fed up with this joke of his and if he ever talks about love again then she will leave this job, Niyati leaves when Abhimanyu gets another attack, he entering the bathroom starts thinking of all those things which Niyati said to him how she will leave, he turns on the shower and stands under it to recall how Dr Aanad announced that his family has arranged his marriage with Niyati.

Niyati is trying to call an auto however no one is stopping when Aanad blows the horn of his car, he getting out mentions that it is now five o clock and her shift has ended so can they go to have a coffee, she replies that her parents are waiting for her however Aanad mentions they both need to talk and she must not worry about her parents as he has already talked with them, Niyati agrees which puts a smile on the face of Aanad, he opens the door for her.

Niyati is sitting with Aanad when he explains that he wanted to ask her or marriage a long time ago but whenever he thought about it, he got scared thinking what if she might even end their friendship which forced him to remain quiet, Aanad however assures that their relation would remain just as it is now even after their marriage, he sees how quiet she is so asks her if she is happy with the marriage, he assures she can tell him if she loves anyone else however Niyati is quiet.

Manaroma sitting on the sofa is playing with Buzo when the worker comes rushing, warning about Abhimanyu, they all rush to his room when they hear his cry for Niyati how he is exclaiming he is going to come and be with Niyati, he crushes the mirror which worries Manaroma, but he leaves.

Niyati says that if she loved anyone then would have told them before, Aanad asks then why is she tensed, the waiter brings the cake for their celebration and the management also wishes them a for their marriage, Niyati receives a call from Saira who asks her to put it on speaker, she wishes Niyati and even Aanad, she asks him to keep an eye on Niyati and enjoy, they both cut the cake when he even makes her eat some of it.

Kumkar is trying to calm down Abhimanyu but he in anger exclaims he needs to be with Niyati and will kill anyone who tries to come in between him and Niyati, Kumkar asks Manaroma to call the doctor, but he is not responding, he then advises her to call Niyati however she exclaims she doesnot have her contact so think of taking it from the hospital.

Niyati is sitting with Aanad when she sees that the reports of Misses Dixit have arrived, he places the mobile away mentioning they would have to listen to Saira as no mobile phones are allowed, Niyati sees her mobile when Aanad asks her to have coffee, Manaroma is trying to call Niyati, but she is not answering, Abhimanyu leaves in anger exclaiming they are trying to take her away from him. Aanad assures he can change himself for her but Niyati replies that no one should change for someone else, the guard comes requesting Aanad to park his car in the back as they are about to start repairing the road, Niyati suggests they should go back but Aanad desires to wait for some more time, he exclaims he will come back really soon, Niyati decides to go and attend the washroom she sees the missed calls, she calls the hospital and is really tensed to hear the news.

Ram goes to open the door thinking it would be Niyati however he is shocked to see Manaroma standing there, Sulochana is also shocked to see her, she after some time calls her as Didi, welcoming her into the house, she asks Manaroma why she is searching for Niyati.
Niyati is running on the roads trying to stop an auto however no one is stopping for her, she keeps on running. Sulochana questions why does she want to find Niyati, Manaroma explains that her son is really ill and only calling Niyati, Sulochana is shocked to hear that Abhimanyu is her son, she asks Ram if he heard, he replies he already knows about this, he explains that he saw her in the car and followed her to the hospital but after finding the condition of Abhimanyu and his illness, he did not had the courage to meet her. Sulochana is not able to stand, she exclaims Ram he knew everything which is why he desired to get Niyati married to Aanad, Manaroma is shocked to hear this.

Niyati is rushing into the house, Abhimanyu is tied up in the chair and calling Niyati, he explains he loves her and is not just her patient but also a lover, she cannot leave him as he will not be able to live without her.

Manaroma requests them to call Niyati as she is the only one who can take care of him, Ram however replies that he cannot let her go near of him which is why he stayed away from her, Manaroma exclaims even she knows this and also saw them in the hospital however she did not want to come in front of them but they should for now just call Niyati as she is the only one who can handle Abhimanyu.
Niyati asks them to let him loose, he at once goes to stand in front of Niyati mentioning he loves her the most and so she should not leave him, Niyati requests him to calm down and not worry however he replies even he doesnot listen to him so why should he, she mentions he has broken the promise he made to her mother that he will get the treatment, he once again requests her to not leave him, she mentions they will do a task as he should take a deep breath, he refuses when she threatens to leave him, he is forced to accept it and calms down.

Niyati asks Abhimanyu to come with her, she takes him into the room asking what he has done because he has injured himself a lot, she starts bandaging him so he just looks at her with eyes filled with love, Kumkar calls Manaroma, she immediately asks if Abhimanyu is fine when he reveals that Niyati came to him in time and saved his life. Manaroma mentions no matter how much they try to keep them both away, Niyati has reached to be with Abhimanyu, she doesnot know the duty which she is doing is a debt from her past. Niyati asks Abhimanyu to lie down, she takes out an injection but he stops her questioning what is she doing, Ram turning exclaims he cannot ruin the life of his daughter even after knowing everything, Manaroma leaves the house not knowing that Aanad is hiding beside the door, he wonders what truth were both Manaroma jee and uncle talking about, how does it relate to both Niyati and Abhimanyu.
