Mallika Singh opens up on her exit from RadhaKrishn and the upcoming track

If there’s one show that has pretty much held the fort for Star Bharat lately than that is RadhaKrishn. The mythological drama is the amongst the few ones that fetches good numbers for the channel.

Once again, we are back to talking about how multiple shoots are finally resuming again and how all the leading shows are planning for the same in their pursuit to shoot amid lockdown.

On that note, if there’s one show that has pretty much held the fort for Star Bharat lately than that is RadhaKrishn. The mythological drama is the amongst the few ones that fetches good numbers for the channel.

Recently, there were reports about how the show is all set to introduce the Mahabharata track and all the more about how leading lady, Mallika Singh aka Radha will be quitting the show.

While the latter news was pretty much a confirmed piece of news, in an interview with SpotboyE, Singh opened up on how unclear she is about the whole saga. She said, “Actually I have no idea. It all depends on the screenplay ahead, which we are still to get. I guess my track may get reduced if the story will move towards Mahabharat but whether I’ll not be a part of the show at all, I am really not very sure about that. I would be able to comment only once I get the clarity from the production house.”

When asked about shoot being resumed, she said, “We have been informed that the shoot will resume soon but no fix date has been given by the production. Though looking at the situation, I feel we may start shooting from next week.”

Considering the show shoots in Umbergaon, she was asked about the safety issues of travelling that far, to that she said, Ever since the lockdown was announced, I am here only with my mother. We were supposed to travel back to Mumbai but then looking at the condition, we thought that it is much safer to stay back.”
