Mahadev wins horse race on Narayan’s insistence. Devi Parvathi gets happy while Devi Laxmi gets jealous. Parvathi praises Mahadev’s horse/Hayagriv that he made her proud by winning race and asks him to ask whatever he wants. Hayagriv says her praise is enough for him, but as she insists, he needs her Mandar necklace. Parvathi says she cannot and he can ask something else. Kali’s girlfriend Mrityu fumes that she told they shouldn’t trust dumb Hayagriv. Laxmi taunts Parvathi that one shouldn’t make promise if they cannot fulfill it. Mahadev and Narayan fear that both devis will take chandi form and start fighting. Saraswathi takes Parvathi along. Kali scolds Hayagriv and says he will die for sure. Hayagriv asks Parvathi to give her immortality/amaratva boon. Parvathi says it is impossible. He asks when she couldn’t complete her promise, then why did she promise him. Kali murmurs that his death this inevitable. Hayagriv requests Parvathi to boon him that only he can kill himself. Parvathi says tathasthu. Hayagriv takes his original form and laughs that he is immortal now and nobody can kill him.
Devi Laxmi confronts Narayan for losing race against Mahadev and scolds horse. Narayan says maybe horse is Mahadev’s disciple, so he lost it. Devi Laxmi continues fuming out in anger and curses that whoever is responsible for her insult should lose his/her head from body. Narayan loses his head. Devi Laxmi is shocked to see that and cries that she made a big mistake due to arrogance. She pleads everyone to get Narayan back to normal, but nobody agrees.
Maahdev tells Devi Laxmi that her arrogance made her curse her own husband. Devi Parvathi returns and asks Narayan who beheaded him. Laxmi says she did and sacrifices her arrogance/ahankar, which Hayagriv picks.
Precap: Mrityu tells Kali that Hayagriv took up ahankar alankar also and got very arrogant. Parvathi tells that she wrongly booned Hayagriv that only he can kill himself, now he got arrogant and is wrecking havoc. Narayan takes Hayagriv avatar to end Hayagriv.
