Jijabai noticed Anand and Meera in sorrow, felt like someone died. Lakhsmi asked them to join for dinner, Anand mocked them for caring only about food. Meera requested Jijabai let the sunset on this day. Lakshmi asked why they were being questioned. Lakshmi said to call Ramji. Meera knew he wouldn’t come. Anand took the food to him, pleaded Jijabai to remain silent on this matter.

Ramji and Puranjan sat beneath the broken lamp, recalling Bhim Rao and his effort. Ramji questioned his fatherhood, two of his son left the house. Anand intervened, said that his third son was still here. He asked him to eat his supper. Ramji refused. Anand new the bond Ramji shared with Bhim Rao, convinced him to eat for Bhim Rao.

Bhim Rao unpacked his books with teary eyes, Rama brought him food. She also convinced him to eat for Ramji.

Ramji wondered if Bhim Rao would ever return home. Worried if Ramji passed away during that time, asked Anand to tell Bhim Rao that his father was miserable and helpless. Bhim Rao was unlucky to have a father like him. Anand disagreed. He fed Ramji food.

Varcahnd was having dinner, his men informed that Bhim Rao couldn’t be found anywhere. Varchand shouted, his servant took the dinner away. His wife washed his hands. Varcahnd accused his wife for not praying properly, blamed his failure to be her no concern and disloyalty. Ordered her to fast for next three days. Ordered his men as well.

Bhim Rao recalled the monks advise. He wrote his journal, while Rama slept behind him. Bhim Rao got up and went outside. Rama woke up, read his journal and got all worried.

Bhim Rao stood at the edge of a cliff. He questioned his life, the situations and Rama’s love for him. Rama run on streets to find Bhim Rao, she saw him standing near the edge. Proposed to him that they should jump together. Bhim Rao calmed Rama, he came here to breath fresh air. Rama cried, reminded Bhim Rao that he was married. She cried, was leaving when crossed paths with one of Varchand’s man. He immediately recognized Rama, told that Varchand has been finding them. Rama asked Bhim Rao to run, he questioned. The man attacked Bhim Rao. Rama and Bhim Rao ran away, the man followed. They hid in a corner.
