Episode starts with a 2 month leap.

Naira is under her labour pain.
Kartik unluckily has gone out for meeting someone. All rush to Naira
Naira: Di…please call Kartik.please

Anurag: Ill call him Naira you dont worry.

Swarna: Naira come lets go to the hospital

Abir: Ill take the car

Prerna: Mishti you stay back home .

Mishti: Nahi didi Ill also come please

Everyone get into the car and leave. Anurag informs Kartik.

At the hospital

Naira is made to lie on the stretcher and is taken to the labour room. Her eyes search for Kartik and her hand is desperate for his hold. She is unable to bear her pain and shouts his name. Just then her hand feels a grasp. She looks up to see Kartik

Kartik: Naira..I have kept the promise.
Naira: Thank God that you came if not

Kartik: You three would have killed me

They enter the labour ward.

Meanwhile outside

Prerna is handling a crying Sid. Anurag remembers how he could not accompany her to her labour . Prerna notices his dull face and comes to him after giving Sid to Swarna

Prerna: What happened? You look dull

Anurag pulls her into his arms and cries

Prerna: Anurag…anurag?

Anurag: I was not able to be with you during your trouble times

Prerna:Anurag I myself was unconscious during my delivery. Leave it. Dont cry for it now

Anurag: Prerna…If I had not signed that deal

Prerna relieves herself from the hug and cups his face in her hands

Prerna: Anurag forget it all. Its all over now. Currently we are one happy family and that’s important. And the matter of not accompanying for delivery its ok no issues. That doesn’t reduce my love for you

Anurag: Im so lucky to have such a caring wife.

Akash and Naina rush there

Akash: Has Kartik come?

Abir: Haan bhaiya

Naina: Thank God. Our strengths double if our husband is there with us during the tough times

Akash : I was there na…

Naina looks around and confirms that no one is looking at them. She gives a quick kiss to Akash

Akash is surprised and : Whats this for?

Naina: You were there with me na thats why

Akash smiles broad. The attention of everyone is grabbed when Naira’s loud cry is heard.

Hearing it Mishti starts to shiver. Abir notices this and goes to her

Abir: Mishti what happened?

Mishti: Naira…di….is a sherni she herself is shouting like this. Im scared about the pain

Abir: Mishti its just 5 months to our pregnancy. Still time is there so dont confuse yourself

Abir pulls her into his embrace . Once under his embrace Mishti feels as if all her fears have vanished into the air and she feels safe.

Naksh is strolling here and there. Keerthi stops him

Keerthi: Naksh,.chill Naira will be alright

Naksh: Keerthi I saw you struggling for the delivery and here Naira is delivery two kids she will be under double the pain na

Keerthi: Naksh it will be easy only. Both kids will push thus making its easy for Naira

Naksh hugs her and cries. Keerthi comforts him

Keerthi: Naira is so lucky to have such a loving brother

Naksh: She is lucky to have such a bhabhi too

Keerthi: That means we are lucky to have each other

Arjun and Maya are standing near the OT door

Arjun: Maya how did you manage alone?

Maya: I wasnt alone

Arjun: Oh I see was he with you

Maya notices his face becoming small. She runs into his arms

Maya: No budhu you were there

Arjun: What ?

Maya: Haan idiot. Not physically but mentally you were with me throughout my labour time

Arjun: But It was difficult na

Maya: When you were in my thoughts how will it be difficult

Arjun: Do I deserve this love?

Maya: You deserve more than this

Seeing them happy Saanjh feels happy and is all smiles. Laksh goes to her

Laksh: What happened? You are all smiles

Saanjh: Seeing my friends happy I feel happy

Laksh: At last everything has been sorted.

Jeevika is managing Sara Jugnu Vansh and Payal who are playing. Viren walks there

Viren: Kya baat hai? Starting a nursery school?

Jeevika stares at him

Jeevika: This school will grow bigger only

Viren: Haan fact hai. Naira and Kartik’s kids. Mishti’s child. Uff..

Jeevika: Are you happy with only one daughter?

Viren: Is my wife hitting on me?

He pulls her closer. Jeevika blushes

Viren: Its wrong Jeevika. First you hit on me and now you are blushing. Mind it its hospital

Jeevika hits hand and steps back. They burst laughing

After 2 hours of labour the cry of kids is heard

Kartik holds Naira’s hand and kisses it

Dr : Congratulations its a boy and a girl. Non identical twins. But your daughter is a bit weak Mr and Mrs Goenka. So please do take extra care.

Naira: Kartik…our babies

Each child is given to each of them and they feel blissful

Minutes later the news in conveyed outside and all rejoice.

Kartik Naira and kids Welcome at home

The entire Goenka house is decorated with flowers balloons and toys to welcome the bundles of joy

Kartik so excited as he welcomes his wife daughter and son home. He performs the Aarti for them and welcomes them inside.

Prerna: Kartik hereafter the responsibility is equal for both of you. Two kids are there so you must support Naira

Anurag: If you have troubles we will always be there for you guys

Keerthi gets the baby boy in her arms

Keerthi: Im the bua so I will take him with me for sometime

Kartik: Keerthi

Keerthi: Kartik..dont you remember that she is a but weak and you need extra care. You first settle in the room with her. Till then Naksh and I will handle him

Naksh and Keerthi take the baby boy to a room decorated with everything blue in colour.
Kartik and Naira reach their room and are surprised to see it all in pink

Kartik: So this is why Keerthi took him there to that room decorated in blue. These are so special and they have decorated one room completely in pink and another completely in blue. So sweet of them

Naira: Our family is always sweet

Kartik lifts her in his arms

Naira: Kartik,,.

Naira: Shsh.. my wife was welcomed into this room in my arms now the mother of my children will enter the same way

Kartik takes them in and makes them settle on the bed.

Naamkaran ceremony

All get ready for the naamkaran ceremony

The function toppers Kartik and Naira come with their babies

Mishti gets so excited that she almost starts to run when Abir stops her

Abir: Mishti….

Mishti: Sorry sorry

Kartik and Naira are made to sit for the puja and Keerthi is called over for naming the kids

Keerthi: I have decided the names

Anurag: Go on tell

Keerthi: I name the baby boy of my brother as Kairav and baby girl of my nanand as Kaira

Kartik and Naira are surprised . Memories of them deciding a girl and a boy name before getting to knkw that they had twins run in their minds

Abir: Awesome names

Arjun: That too merging their names sounds great.
The rituals go on

Mishbir Godh bharai : Again 2 months later. Its Mishti and Abir’s godh bharai

Mishti is brought down by Prerna and Keerthi. Abir is lost in her beauty and is unable to remove his eyes off her. Kartik comes to him and puts his arm around his shoulder

Kartik: Bhai..control..control

Anurag: I know its difficult not to admire a pregnant biwi but try to do it na everyone is watching

Mishti is made to sit

Surekha: Abir..you too come

Dadi: Lets start the rasam. Muhurat is on

Abir and Mishti perform certain rasams

Abir in a whisper: Thank you wifey for this happiness

Mishti: I need a promise from you

Abir: Whats it?

Mishti: Like BFF you will also come to OT during delivery

Abir: Pakka promise

She rests her head on his shoulder and they have a romantic moment. While others are enjoying to the core.

Abir and Mishti welcome their Baby Boy whom they name Mishay. There is happiness filled in the Goenka house .

Guys I just named it Love Makes Life Beautiful in a random way. But this has really made my life beautiful. This was my first writing attempt and when I started I never imagined that I’ll pull it off till 105. Thank you to every one (commentors and silent readers). This was the last episode . Hope you liked it.
