Made for each other..(Part-13) #IMMJ2

Next day Vansh woke up.It was 8:05 am.He quickly woke up Angre and told him to go and freshen up.He then dialed Riddhima’s number.It rang for several times,but she didn’t pick it up.But he tried again and again as he knew that she must be sleeping.
After so many tries,finally she picked up.

Riddhima(yawning): Yes Vansh.what is it?

Vansh: Riddhima,it’s 8:10…wake up and get ready,else you will be late.Hurry up!

He hanged up the call.At first she panicked but after she calmed down,in her mind,she thanked Vansh for waking her up on time.She hurriedly went to washroom and got ready.She quickly left for college.Although she was late,but luckily when she entered the class,professor was not there.

She saw Vansh sitting on the desk.Seeing him,she wished him birthday.She was loud enough to be heard by other students.They were all surprised and stared at Vansh,who was busy in staring the book in order to avoid the stares of his classmates.

After receiving no answer,she went up to him and wished him again.He looked up and thanked her.Riddhima gave a smile and sat beside him.She thanked him for waking her up.Other students started to come and wish him.Vansh accepted all their wishes and just smiled.
The professor entered and started to teach.After the lecture was over,the students left.Vansh and Riddhima also got up to leave.Vansh was looking a bit uncomfortable.Once they came to cafeteria,Riddhima decided to ask him.But before she could ask,Vansh spoke,

Vansh: Riddhima,I am fine…it’s just that I have never told our classmates about my birthday,as I don’t like it…..but never mind….Come,let’s have something.

Riddhima was amazed as to how Vansh exactly knew about what she wanted to ask.But she had no objections.She felt sorry for her action.Angre too joined them.The trio had their lunch while chit-chatting.After this Vangre left for basketball court,while Riddhima went to library.At library,

Sufia: Hey Riddhima! May I sit here. (Sufia is Riddhima’s friend,classmate and also her room is on the same floor as Riddhima in hostel)

Riddhima: Oh hi Sufia and yes,you may sit here.

Riddhima got busy in her studies,while Sufia started browsing her phone.After sometime,Sufia noticed that Riddhima was feeling sleepy and was about to doze off.

Sufia(patting on her shoulder): Hey Riddhima,feeling sleepy..let’s go out in the fresh air.

Riddhima: Yes,even I wanted to go out.Let’s go.

Saying so,they left for park.While walking they reached basketball court.They noticed Vansh playing along with his team-mates.His jersey was all drenched and his hairs were also wet.But he was looking really hot while playing.Seeing him,Riddhima was again lost in her thoughts.She was continuously looking at him without blinking her eyes.She then noticed that Sufia was also staring someone.She followed her gaze,that landed upon Vansh.She was irked by this and shook Sufia.

Riddhima(restless): Let’s go from here.

Sufia: Why?What happened?

Riddhima(angrily): Sufia,just come.

The duo came back to the classroom and settled themselves on Sufia’s desk.

Sufia: What happened Riddhima?Why did we come back?

Riddhima: Nothing,I was feeling uneasy.

Sufia: Ohh!!

Sufia started making notes for the lecture,on the other hand Riddhima was unable to concentrate at her work.She finally asked Sufia,

Riddhima: Sufia,don’t mind…but can I ask you something?

Sufia: Yaa sure…

Riddhima: Whom were you looking at in the basketball court?

Sufia was surprised as she didn’t expect this question,that too from Riddhima.But still she spoke,

Sufia(shy): Actually I was looking at Vansh.(listening to this,Riddhima’s jaw dropped).

Riddhima(angrily): May I know the reason?

Sufia(smiling and blushing): Reason…there are thousands of reasons to stare at him..like him..have a crush on him.Not only me,but most of our class and college girls have a crush on him….Yaar he is tall,fit,and his eyes,are just mesmerizing,his dark hairs…he is so handsome..his one look is enough to kill all the girls…he is not only handsome,but also a top student..who tops in studies as well as sports.He is kind,witty,patient,honest,confident,ambitious, and just so perfect.

Sufia was praising him non-stop.Her every word pierced right through Riddhima’s heart.She was cursing Sufia in her mind.She didn’t know what to do.She was about to speak something,but Sufia spoke,

Sufia: I think I have feelings for him.I love him.I can be infatuation but I don’t have my control over it.

Riddhu could hear no more.The volcano inside her erupted.She was not able to control her emotions any further.She broke the pen into pieces,that she was holding.
She stood up and shouted,

Riddhima(shouted): Enough!!Vansh Vansh Vansh….non stop you are talking about him.(She held Sufia from arms)How dare you to even think about Vansh.He is not at all interested in you.Forget him and better stay away from him or else be ready to face consequences.Next time,you better think thousand times before even thinking about him.

 

Sufia: Riddhima,Riddhima…where are you lost.(said Sufia while shaking Riddhima)

Riddhima came back to senses and realised that it was all her imagination.

Riddhima: I’m sorry…so what were you saying?(she spoke while wiping her face )

Sufia: I was just telling about Vansh…He is a deadly combination of smartness,elegance,ethics,morality,sportsmanship….in short..he is just perfect…even perfect is not the perfect word to describe him….this is the reason why every girl adores him and is popularly known as The Perfect Guru.

Riddhima was shocked as well as relieved listening to this.She was unable to understand,how to react.With much difficulty,she spoke,

Riddhima: You are talking about Vansh Raisinghania??

Sufia: yes…what did you think?

Riddhima: nothing.

She finally heaved a sigh of relief.She was now cursing herself for misunderstanding the situation.In her mind,she apologized to Sufia.

Sufia: umm…you and Vansh are friends,right?

Riddhima: Yes..but we are just friends….nothing else.

Sufia smiled and again got busy in her work.On the other side,Riddhima was trying hard to understand her feelings.

Riddhima(thinks): What is happening to me?Why did I react that way,when she was talking about Vansh?why couldn’t I control my feelings?…what is this feeling?Why…

She was thinking all this when the bell rang.She came out of her thoughts.But she noticed that even thinking about him made her blush.

The students began to come back.Riddhima too went back to her desk and tried to engage herself in something.Vansh too came back and sat beside her.They attended the remaining lectures and bid goodbye to each other.Riddhima reached her hostel room,whereas Vansh was driving back to his house.
