In this episode Rama gave Phuliya tea to drink. Bhim Rao calmed her, her issued will be sorted out. Bhim Rao asked Mangesh not to leave. Ramji agreed, they needed to win this battle with the neighborhood. Meera considered it a win from letting any other man become like Joku. Phuilya showed Joku’s name tattooed on her arm, that her mother in law forced her to have as it symbolized eternal love. Though it was all a lie. Meera said that this was a Man’s world where woman would always be suppressed.

Joku thought Notun laundry and dry cleaning work. Daliya said that Notun would never be able run this shop like Phuilya. Notun used force, twitched Daliya’s hand and warned her from underestimating her again.

Joku was collecting clothes. The man beat Joku for running away with her daughter in law. Joku asked him to question Notun.
Anand and Bhim Rao were searching for work. They saw a man beating his wife for interrogating him about his whereabouts. The woman argued it being her right as wife. The man stroked her again. Bhim Roa intervened and tried to stop. The man replied that it was their personal matter and who would do whatever he wished. Joshi came and said that it was fun, asked Bhim Rao for meddling between husband and wife. Anand asked how Joshi managed to be everywhere. Joshi said that it was beyond Anand’s understanding. Bhim Rao replied that a woman shies from her husband leaving. She only seeks to be respected. It was matter of emotion. Joshi paid the man to beat his wife. the man took the woman inside and beat her. Joshi said that Bhim Rao and his people would never be respected. Bhim Rao said that all individual, of all kinds deserved respect.

Notun praised joku’s doings. Hitesh gave him his clothes. Notun returned, refusing to work for free. Notun wasn’t Phuliya. Daliya asked her to take her full name as Notun the Launderer. Rama, Joku and Daliya asked Notun to take her name loudly. Notun reminded Daliya of her actions. Daliya slapped Notun, she informed everyone about Notun’s disrespectful behavior. Notun was about to slap Daliya, Rama stopped her as she was mother to her. Jijabai called Rama, asked her to stop interfering in other’s matter. Daliya was a mother to Rama. Jijabai was about to slap Rama, Daliya grabbed her hand. Asked her to respect other women. Jijabai went inside.

Phuliya cried reminiscing her beautiful old days. Mangesh came to console her. Phulia recalled her dreams for owning a business. Mangesh said that they can open a tea stall. Phulia can manage the stall. Bhim Rao praised Mangesh for understanding and respecting woman in this society unlike majority.

Joshi and Jijabai collaborated to stop Bhim Rao’s education. They succeeded. Jijabai objected since Ramji was protagonist in him attaining education. Joshi wanted Bhim Rao to earn so that he never returns to education. He had a plan, told Jijabai about it. Rama heard the conversation; planned to work against them.

Jijabai asked Bhim Rao about finding any job. She heard about a nearby army camp heiring men; asked Bhim Roa to visit. Anand questioned since British army removed them from the positions. Jijabai had informed Jiajbai that through Resham Seth’s link the army would hire Bhim Rao without any inconvenience. Jijabai tried to convince Bhim Rao to try. Bhim Rao refused to work for army. Lakshmi and Anand questioned. Bhim Rao recalled the freedom fighter who died in the cell. He didn’t want to work for army but create a path that would be equal for everyone. Jijabai argued, Ramji did the same job. Ramji replied that Bhim Roa had a different perspective for life. Meera said that it was Bhim Rao’s dream to study. Jijabai was disappointed. Education was the only way for Bhim Rao to achieve his dreams; not by joining army.
