Urfi Javed reacts to the trolling for her airport look; says, Agar publicity chahiye hoti, toh airport me bina kapdon ke jaati

Bigg Boss OTT contestant Urfi Javed was massively trolled for her airport look recently. Urfi was spotted at the airport wearing a sports bra, jacket, and a pair of jeans.

In an interview with BT, Urfi talked about it and shared, “There is so much more to me than my clothes! Why don’t people talk about me as an individual? I have realized that no matter what I post, people will say things. Be it a bikini or a salwar-suit, there are nasty comments always.”

She further adds, “I have grown up in a conservative family in Lucknow. But even then our clothing was never an issue. Today when I wear outfits which I love, I feel good and don’t care about what people say. I get inspired from various places and then I get then I get my clothes made. Initially I used to wonder whether I was at fault for putting up something but now I don’t feel that way anymore. I have grown a thick skin I think and these things don’t bother me now,”

Talking about the allegation that she does things for publicity, Urfi said, “Agar publicity chahiye hoti, toh airport me bina kapdon ke jaati. It’s just who I am, and if that creates publicity then good for me.”

Post Bigg Boss OTT, Urfi now is interested in doing more OTT shows. “I think television doesn’t give an actor the freedom to showcase his/her skills whereas on OTT platforms, it is different. Right now I am considering OTT shows and films. But if this doesn’t work out then television is always there. I am highly active on social media too so that also helps in many ways,” said Urfi.
