Sai asks her college accountant if her scholarship money came. He checks and says her both scholarship money came. Teacher enters and says she applied for one more scholarship, one on percentage basis and another state government scholarship for promoting education in a small city like Gadchiroli; she topped in a big college coming from a small town. Sai thanks her. Teacher says she deserves it and Pulkit told she is among their best students. Sai says she is doing her job and Pulkit praised her more. Teacher says keep up the good work and leaves wishing her all the best. Sai thanks god for getting her scholarship and thinks of buying a good gift for Devi.
Pakhi calls Virat and asks him to rethink regarding their yesterday’s discussion as its a question of Devi’s whole life, she heard Bhavani and Ninad discussing that Pulkit is already married to someone else, he should inquire about it first instead of blindly getting Devi and Pulkit married. Virat says he has thought well, Pulkit wouldn’t have come to their house and insisted to marry Devi if he is already married. She asks what if Pulkit is already married. He says obviously this marriage will not happen. She disconnects call. He reminisces her yesterday’s words. She thinks she knows how to stop this marriage, Sai thinks she is always right but will not win this time as she knows she is right and Sai wrong.
Sai brings gold pendant for Devi from her scholarship money and shows it to Ashwini. Ashwini gets happy and prays for Sai’s happiness. Sai says god should give her also lots of happiness and gives her gift. Ashwini asks why gift for her. Sai says because she is her aayi/mother and she even brought gift for Usha mausi. Ashwini asks what about Bhavani. Sai says she searched gift for Bhavani in many shops but didn’t get it. Ashwini asks what was she searching. Sai says peace of mind. Ashwini laughs. Sai says Bhavani really needs mental peace. Ashwini checks her gift and says it is very nice, asks if she brought a gift for Virat or not.
Virat goes to bank to withdraw money. Manager asks to give cheque to him to draw it. Virat says he will stand in que like others and does same. He reminisces Sai request for money looking at cheque and sees Madhuri standing in que and dropping her cheque. He picks her cheque and seeing Pulkit’s name on it asks if its Dr. Pulkit Deshpande’s cheque. She says yes and asks how does he know Pulkit. He says he met Pulkit on Mahashivratri day. She says he had gone to meet his dear one then. He says that dear one is his sister Devi. She seeing his name plate asks if he is Sai’s husband. He says yes and asks who is she. She says she is Pulkit’s sister Madhuri and came to withdraw money for Pulkit’s wedding arrangements. He asks about Harini and asks how did Pulkit find her. She says she cannot telling him about it.
At home, Ashwini keeps Sai’s gifted god’s idol in temple and prays. Bhavani says its a very beautiful idol and says someone intelligent must have gifted her as she doesn’t have such a good choice. Bhavani says she is absolutely right as an intelligent and understanding person bought it. Sonali asks who is that person. Ashwini says her bahu Sai who bought it from her scholarship money. Sonali provokes Bhavani that Sai bought gift for her saas and not Bhavani. Sai enters and says they buy gift for whom they love. Sonali asks if she doesn’t love Bhavani. Sai says she loves Bhavani the way Bhavani loves her. Bhavani frowns at Sai. Sai says love should be from both side and she bought gifts for the people who love her. Bhavani says real love is one sided. Sonali backs her. Bhavani says loving in return of love is a business and Sai is doing business by giving gifts and buying people’s love and support. Ashwini says she is misunderstanding. Bhavani mimics Sai that she will pay her expenses once she gets scholarship. Sai says she needs this money for some important work and asks what did she do with Devi that she lost her mental balance. Bhavani shouts who is she to question her, then seeing Pakhi says she will neither question nor answer her and she can do whatever she wants. Sai asks if she should get Devi and Pulkit married. Pakhi says she is asking as if she obeys Bhavani. Sai says a third person shouldn’t interfere when a house’s elder and younger members speak. Pakhi yells that she doesn’t have time for her rubbish talk and takes Bhavani to talk something important. Sai thinks why Pakhi is so calm today and asks Ashwini how this kranti devi became shanti devi today, if she is fine. Ashwini asks if she is telling this as she didn’t get a chance to fight with Pakhi. Sai says Pakhi cannot keep silent, something is going on. Ashwini says its in her head and asks her to go and study. Sai feels an upcoming storm in Pakhi’s silence.
At night, Sai keeps Virat’s gift on table to make him notice it. Virat returns and gets happy looking at gift, asks what is it. She says she is studying and he shouldn’t disturb her. He opens gift and finds a toy instead. She laughs. He says he brings her favorite things and she bought this and is laughing on him. He opens cupboard and sees another gift box, but ignores. She asks if he got so afraid that he didn’t check his next gift. He says he is. She says she was joking. He gives her money. She asks why is he giving her so much money. He jokes its for his second marriage, then reminds she asked money for Devi’s gift. She says he is not that khadoos. He says he gives real gifts and not like her and gets into bathroom. She insists him to check gift or else she will go. He says she can. She hides. He comes out, picks gift, reads a note thank you Virat sir for being my lucky charm, finds ornamental plant with thank you written on it, and thinks she is really unique and thanks god for send a wonderful girl in his life. She comes out of hiding and asks if she is wonderful and how is gift. He says wonderful like her. She thanks him for his help. He says she helped him, Mohit, Devi, etc., and asks what will they do with the money. She says they will buy gifts first for Pulkit jiju. He asks how is Pulkit her jiju. She says Devi tai is her nanad/SIL and hence Pulkit is her jiju. He says she follows all the relationships, then why she calls her husband as sir. She says because he is khadoos jasoos. He smiles.
