The Episode starts with Naira coming to say sorry to Kairav with a kachori. She sees Kairav and her parted away in the painting. Kairav says I hate you mumma. She cries. Her dream ends. She says I can’t let this happen, I won’t let you do the same mistake, I had stayed away from my parents for years, I know my son is lovely. Kairav asks Vansh not to jump down from balcony. Vansh says there are mattresses, nothing will happen, don’t make me nervous. The vase gets hit and falls outside the mattress area. Vansh worries. Naira makes Kairav and her painting. It gets spoiled by the curtain. She cries. Kairav says don’t go. Naira says where is Kairav, what are the kids doing. Krishna comes to call Kairav and Vansh. Vansh argues with Kairav. Naira and Gayu look on. Gayu asks are they fighting. Naira says don’t know, shall I ask Kairav, he is already upset. Gayu says leave it, I will ask Vansh in some time. Naira says thank God the kids are fine. Everyone comes for puja. Kartik asks Naira to relax. Manish comes with the file. Samarth asks for it. Kartik gets the file. Kairav moves back. Naira shouts Vansh…. She runs to Vansh. Naira shouts Kartik, Gayu di…. Everyone comes. They get shocked seeing Vansh. They ask what happened. Kairav cries. Kartik takes Vansh.

Kartik asks Suwarna to take care of Kairav. Kartik takes Vansh in the car. Naira sees Kairav crying. She also goes with Kartik. Suwarna comes to Kairav. He hugs her. She asks are you fine, what were you doing here. Naira asks Gayu to be strong. She asks Kartik to call doctor and inform. Naira thinks did Kairav do this, why, nothing should happen to Vansh. Manish hugs Kairav. Dadi asks how did Vansh fall down. Manish asks how did he fall. Kairav recalls Vansh and cries. Vansh gets treated. Kartik asks how did this happen, did you see. Naira says no, I don’t know. Akhilesh says we can’t say when their play gets dangerous. Kartik says Vansh isn’t such, don’t know how did this happen. Kairav recalls Vansh and shouts. Krishna asks him to sleep, Vansh will be fine. Kairav says Vansh would be hurt.

He says he is lucky that there is no internal injury in the head, we have to monitor him, he shouldn’t get any vomit, he isn’t conscious by now. Nurse says patient got conscious. Kartik, Naira, Gayu and Akhilesh go to see Vansh. Gayu asks are you fine, how did you fall down, did you fall from terrace. Vansh nods. Kartik says relax Vansh, Gayu its enough he is conscious now. Manish gets a call. He says Vansh is conscious now, he isn’t fine, he can’t come home, they will keep him under observation for a day. Krishna says I told you Kairav to pray for him. Doctor says we have to do some tests. Vansh asks Gayu not to leave him. Gayu says I m not going. Naira says I will stay here. Doctor says just one person can stay. Gayu asks Naira to go home. Naira says fine, call if you need anything. Kartik asks Vansh not to get worried, talk to everyone on video call. Naira thinks what happened between the kids.
